The Integrations page is where you connect and manage external services. Connections are per-user — connect once, then use across all your chatbots. Navigate to Integrations in the sidebar.

Integration Cards

Each provider shows a card with:
  • Provider icon and name
  • Number of connected accounts (badge)
  • Description
  • Add button (or “Add another account” if already connected)

Connecting an Account

Click Add on any provider card. The connection flow depends on the provider:

Token-Based (Notion, Confluence)

A dialog opens where you enter credentials:
  • Notion: Integration token
  • Confluence: Site URL, email, and API token

OAuth-Based (Google Drive, SharePoint / OneDrive)

You’re redirected to the provider’s login page. After granting access, you’re redirected back to FIFE.BOT.

Multiple Accounts

You can connect multiple accounts per provider. For example:
  • Two Notion workspaces (personal + work)
  • Three Google Drive accounts (different departments)
Each appears as a separate entry on the Integrations page.

Managing Connected Accounts

Each connected account shows:
  • Display name (editable)
  • Metadata — workspace name, email, or site URL
  • Connection date

Actions

ActionDescription
RenameClick the edit icon to change the display name. Useful when you have multiple accounts.
DisconnectClick the trash icon. Shows a confirmation dialog warning that syncs will stop.
Disconnecting an integration stops all auto-syncs for chatbots using that connection. Knowledge already indexed remains until you delete the source from the chatbot.

How Integrations Work with Chatbots

  1. Connect the integration on this page (one-time setup)
  2. Add as a knowledge source on any chatbot’s Knowledge Base tab
  3. Select content — browse pages/files and pick what to sync
  4. Auto-sync keeps content updated on a schedule
If a chatbot needs a source from an integration you haven’t connected yet, you’ll be redirected to the Integrations page to connect first.
