Subscribing / Upgrading
Click the plan you want. You’ll be redirected to Stripe Checkout to enter payment details. After payment, your plan is activated immediately and:- Credit balance is reset to the new plan’s monthly amount
- Chatbot and knowledge-source limits are updated
- Higher model tiers are unlocked when your plan allows them
Downgrading
If you’re on Pro or Business, you can switch to a lower plan. The change takes effect at the end of your current billing period. If you exceed the new plan’s limits (for example 5 chatbots → 1 on Free), you’ll need to remove chatbots or sources until you fit the new limits.Managing Your Subscription
Click Manage subscription to open the Stripe Customer Portal where you can:- Change your plan
- Update payment method
- View and download invoices
- Cancel your subscription
Cancellation
When you cancel, a notice appears on the Billing page showing the end date. Your plan features remain active until that date. You can reactivate anytime before the end date. After the end date, your account is downgraded to the Free plan.Extra Credits
Paid plan users can buy additional credits that don’t expire.| Detail | Description |

How to Buy
- Go to the Billing page
- Scroll to the Extra Credits section
- Enter the dollar amount ($1–$500)
- Click Buy credits
- Complete payment via Stripe (one-time charge, not recurring)
Model Tiers Detail
The Billing page includes an expandable section showing all available models, grouped by tier with:- Model name and provider
- Credit cost per message
- Locked/unlocked indicator (based on your plan)
